Before We Talk — A Few Honest Questions

The free Discovery Conversation is a gift of time, and I want to give it to those truly ready to begin. Answer honestly below. If it’s a fit, I’ll reply with a link to book your call.

Coaching is not therapy or counseling. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not legal, financial, or medical advice. Coaching walks forward — it helps a person who is whole enough to act move toward who they are meant to become.
What change are you hoping coaching will help you make? Be as clear as you can.
1 = it can wait  ·  10 = I need to change this season
1 = just exploring  ·  10 = ready to fully commit
Coaching is an investment of both time and money. Honesty here serves us both.
What have you done so far to work on this, and what happened?
If we walked together and it went well, what would be different in your life?
Optional. Coaching is forward-facing; if you’re carrying something that needs a counselor or doctor, I’ll gently say so and help you find the right support.

This is an application, not a booking. I read every one personally. If it’s a fit, I’ll reply with a link to schedule your free 30-minute Discovery Conversation. If coaching isn’t the right next step for you, I’ll tell you honestly — and point you toward what is.

Thank You for Your Honesty

Your application has been received, and it will be read — personally, by me, not by a machine.

If coaching is the right next step for you, you’ll hear from me soon with a link to book your free Discovery Conversation.

And if I sense that what you’re carrying needs something other than coaching — a counselor, a doctor, a priest — I’ll tell you honestly, and help point you toward the right support.
